How shifts, availability, and timesheets work once you're an active employee.
Once you're active, we'll send you a login for Planday — our shift-scheduling app. Install it from the App Store or Google Play on your phone and sign in with the details we send you.
In Planday, set your availability and non-availability — the days and times you can and can't work — so we can schedule you onto suitable shifts.
Check Planday for your upcoming shifts, and complete them as scheduled.
After each shift, log in to the Nova CRM candidate portal and open the Timesheets menu.
Upload your completed, signed timesheet for that shift there — this is how your hours are recorded for payroll.
