What we need, and how to make sure it's accepted first time.

What You'll Need to Upload
  • Photo ID — a valid passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID.
  • Proof of address (two documents) — see the accepted list below.
  • Right to Work — your National Insurance number, and a Share Code or visa documents if these apply to you.
  • Education certificates for any qualifications you've listed.
  • CV and reference details for your employment history.
  • DBS check — your existing Enhanced DBS certificate, or we'll guide you through applying for one once your interview is scheduled.
How to Scan or Photograph Your Documents
  • Capture the whole document, including all four corners — nothing cropped or cut off.
  • Use good lighting, hold the camera steady, and make sure the text is sharp and easy to read, not blurry.
  • Photograph or scan in colour where the original is in colour.
  • We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files.
Acceptable Proof of Address (UK)

Any one of the following, dated within the last 3 months and showing your full name and current address:

  • A utility bill (gas, electricity, water, or landline — not mobile phone)
  • A bank or building society statement
  • A council tax bill
  • A tenancy agreement
  • A current UK driving licence (if not already used as your Photo ID)
