What to expect once your application and documents have been reviewed.

Booking Your Interview

Once we've reviewed your application and documents, we'll move you to interview and you'll be able to book an available slot directly through the candidate portal. Log in and check your Interview page for the dates on offer.

What to Expect
  • We'll go through your application with you and check it matches what you've told us.
  • We'll check your original documents in person — your photo ID and anything else relevant to your role.
  • We'll ask some basic questions about your experience and suitability for care work.
What to Bring

Please bring your original passport (or other original photo ID) — we need to check it in person, even if you've already uploaded a copy. If you still have any outstanding documents, bring those along too.
